    ​â¶Ä‹â¶Ä‹â¶Ä‹â¶Ä‹_³å³å³å³å³å³å³å³å³å³å³å³å³å³å³å³å³å³å³å


    This project is of strategic importance in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), where the region is at the forefront of climate c​hange. Climate hazards are likely to disproportionally impacting​ vulnerable groups such as displaced populations. Through active involvement of stakeholders and the community, this project aims to co-create a research agenda on climate change and health of displaced populations and establish equitable partnerships in the MENA region. â€‹




    SCOPING REVIEW

    ​_³å³å³å³å³å³å³å³å

    The scoping review aims to comprehensively describe the literature related to climate change and the health of populations displaced due to violence and armed conflict. Its objectives are:

    1. ​​To explore and map the health risks of direct and indirect exposure to climate change among populations displaced due to conflict, while describing any adopted monitoring, surveillance or other tools for impact assessment.

    2. To identify effective and cost-effective adaptation strategies/interventions at the community and country levels, and describing tools used to assess effectiveness.​




    CAPACITY BUILDING

    ​â¶Ä‹â¶Ä‹A Grant Writing for Health Research was conducted at the institutional level within Ì©¹ú²ÊƱto provide team members and early career researchers with an overview of the components, research question ideation, and writing style for grant writing.
